INPACT Americas
INPACT Americas is a non-profit association focused on contributing to the profitability and success of North America's small and mid-sized accounting and consulting firms through management and marketing programs and resources.

Dragon Benware Crowley & Co., P.C. (DBC) is a member of INPACT Americas. This is a globally recognized association of accounting firms whose expertise and background are available as an asset of DBC. DBC is one of three firms in the State of New York selected as a member of INPACT Americas. Gary R. Benware, CPA was President of INPACT Americas from January 2006 to December 2007 and continues as an active board member of INPACT. Gary is currently serving as a member of the Global Strategic Committee for INPACT America, INPACT International, and INPACT Asia-Pacific. This committee’s overall objective is to bring the associations closer together for business development and overall unity.

The total INPACT network encompasses an extensive web of independent accounting firms offering clients a full range of services. In addition to INPACT Americas, affiliate associations include INPACT International (well established in Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and the rapidly growing INPACT Asia Pacific.

One of the primary objectives of INPACT is to ensure that member clients can draw on members’ local technical expertise, while also availing themselves of the vast international resources of the total network.

Partners of member firms through three networks meet regularly on a national and international basis. By fostering solid relationships and developing an awareness of different working practices and business cultures, INPACT members can optimize their effectiveness to clients and, working together, can achieve a high standard of service delivery.

Eastern Audit Alliance
Dragon Benware Crowley & Co., P.C. along with two other mid-sized accounting firms (Goff Backa Alfera & Company, LLC and Smoker, Smith & Associates, PC) have created an alliance that expands the expertise and efficiency of each for maximum benefit to clients of each firm. All three accounting firms are members of INPACT Americas, a professional association dedicated to enhancing the management and efficiency of member accounting firms. CPA’s from these three firms are considered to be available professional staff of DBC. The combined resources of these three firms are approximately 70 staff in seven offices located in Malone, Watertown, Lake Placid, Canton and Massena in New York, and Hershey and Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

The member firms of Eastern Audit Alliance (EAA) subscribe to a policy of quality review to maintain the highest quality of product produced by its member firms. Additionally, EAA through its member firms has voluntarily joined the AICPA’s Governmental Audit Quality Center, Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, Center for Public Company Audit Firms, the Private Companies Practice Section, and is registered with the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board. As a result, the member firms of EAA are subject to a rigorous review of their respective audit and accounting practices by CPAs outside the firm.
